Kelly Ralston graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University in 1992. In April of 1992, she started working in the property management and finance field. In August of 1998, Kelly started Ralston Real Estate Company and has been going strong ever since. Kelly works mostly on the money end of the business handling all of the funds, budgeting, and the financial operations of all the properties. She also handles lease negotiations, lease documents and contracts. |

Tom Missett joined Ralston Real Estate Company after spending eight years with the US Navy Special Ops. He started July of 2001 as an onsite property manager. Tom is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California. He is in direct control of the maintenance staff for all of the properties. Tom also works closely with all vendors, contractors, and monthly contracted personnel. He ensures that we are always in compliance with all local, state and federal laws as well as ensuring all project completions to the satisfaction of our clients. Tom’s duties also include the physical appearance of all the buildings, by visiting them weekly to ensure they are in top shape and helping with the leasing. |

Sharon Considine , Real Estate Licensee since 1973, works in the PR area of the office. From writing ads and/or flyers for the agency to working with various contractors for specific work projects at the managed buildings |

Felicia Ortez joined Ralston Real Estate in October 2010. She has seven years of administrative experience, working in law offices throughout San Diego County. As Office Manager, she will be assisting tenants and vendors with their billing needs, collections, and records maintenance. She is in her fourth year of studies at San Diego State University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in French and Francophone Studies. A native San Diegan and San Franciscan, she enjoys the diverse communities that make up both cities. |

Blas Oliveros joined Ralston Real Estate in February 2011 as the Construction Manager. He has over 20 years of construction experience specializing in home and office remolding. He is proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, walls, flooring, and maintenance on HVACs. He is a welcomed asset to the company! |

Joe Shootman began his career with Ralston Real Estate in October of 2008. Starting at the ground level and working to keep the properties maintained at the highest level possible, he became familiar with the unique and individual needs of every property and of each valued client. Joe is responsible for assuring that the crews are productively maintaining the properties and for personally insuring the clients that the Ralston properties are kept at the highest standards. |
