Stephen Ralston completed ten years of military service in 1998. Shortly thereafter, he and his wife, Kelly, started Ralston Real Estate Company. Steve is primarily involved in negotiation, tenant relations, acquisition and sales. Steve holds a California real estate broker’s license and spends a large part of his time at the properties interacting with tenants, vendors, and staff.

Kelly Ralston graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University in 1992. In April of 1992, she started working in the property management and finance field. In August of 1998, Kelly and her husband, Steve, started Ralston Real Estate Company and have been going strong ever since. Kelly works mostly on the money end of the business handling all of the funds, budgeting, and the financial operations of all the properties. She also handles all of the lease documents and contracts.

Rebecca Limon joined the Ralston team in May 2009. She brings with her over 5 years of Administrative Experience. As Office Manager she is in direct communication with the tenants, vendors, and maintenance staff. Being bilingual she enables us to clearly communicate with our Spanish clients. Tom Missett joined Ralston Real Estate Company after spending eight years with the US Navy Special Ops.  He started July of 2001 as an onsite property manager. Tom is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California. He is in direct control of the maintenance staff for all of the properties. Tom also works closely with all vendors, contractors, and monthly contracted personnel. He ensures that we are always in compliance with all local, state and federal laws as well as ensuring all project completions to the satisfaction of our clients. Tom’s duties also include the physical appearance of all the buildings, by visiting them weekly to ensure they are in top shape.

Sharon Considine, Real Estate Licensee since 1973, works in the PR area of the office. From writing ads and/or flyers for the agency to working with various contractors for specific work projects at the managed buildings

Louie Sanchez joined Ralston Real Estate in February 2009. He brings 25 years of construction experience with him. He has worked in every phase of construction, from residential to commercial. As Construction Manager he will supervise Tenant improvement projects with outside contractors and conduct in house maintenance and renovation projects . With projects and property from Carlsbad to Otay Mesa Construction Management is an active field and he is the perfect fit.
